I'm Laur.

I'm a yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathwork teacher based in the UK. I have become dedicated to sharing with the world my personal transformation, from unhappy and unhealthy to alive and thriving, since I suffered from burnout in 2018.

Using my lived experience, as well as science based techniques learned through years of study and formal training, my in-person and virtual classes, workshops, and retreats have been transforming lives and workplaces for the past 6 years.

I help my clients to cultivate a deeper connection with their body and mind, in order to develop a more enriched sense of well-being. I believe in empowering individuals to take the time to connect with themselves, to step away from the busy and often overwhelmed mind, and to reconnect to the world from a more aligned, focused and peaceful place. Ultimately impacting their own lives, as well as those around them.

Laur uses scientifically proven mindfulness and meditation techniques to help her clients connect with 'The Three P's' Peace, Positivity, and Productivity - at work and beyond.
